The small bungalow park "La Perla di Sicilia" with its ten completely furnished bungalows is situated directly in the center of Marina di Modica and only 50m from the fine sandy beach, on one of the most beautiful coastlines in Sicily.

Restaurants, beach bars, bakerys, ice-cream shops and much more are only a few minutes walk away.

The bungalows of approx 55sqm, are surrounded by mediterrean vegetation, like palms, oleander- and eukalyptus trees and include 2 bedrooms, a dining-area with a fully equipped kitchen, shower + WC, TV and a terrace. WIFI connection and air conditioning are available at an additional cost.

A private parking place, free of charge, is located outside of our property.

Within our small bungalow park, there is also a ping pong table and a childre`s playground with swings, a slide and various children`s games.

Please note that in the months of July and August, then when the locals go on holiday, there could be loud music till late into the night around our bungalow park, because between this period, there will be organized, dance, music and theater performances for entertainment and our quiet seaside resort comes to life.

We also rent linen and towels, bicycles, sunlounges or sunchairs and parasols on an additional cost.

To get to all the interesting cities and archaeological sites in the area we advise you to rent a car. If you wish we will get a rental for you. Warm spring like temperatures during the low seasons invite you to spend the winter in Sicily.
