The small family run bungalow park “La Perla di Sicilia”, in which there are a total of ten detached bungalows, is located in a lovingly landscaped subtropical park, surrounded by numerous palm trees and oleander bushes, directly on a golden sandy beach sloping gently into the sea, on one of the most beautiful stretches of coastline in Sicily.
The center of the village, with shops, restaurants, bars and “gelaterias” can be reached on foot from the bungalow park, already in a few minutes.
Only 3 minutes by car from the bungalow park “La Perla di Sicilia” on a private property, directly on the sea, we also rent a small vacation apartment with sea view, another vacation apartment with a large terrace, as well as a small vacation house, surrounded by typical Mediterranean vegetation. The green and southern landscaped park, has a private and direct access to the sea. The sandy beaches of Marina di Modica and Maganuco, as well as the town center can be reached in just 2 minutes by car.
Marina di Modica is located directly on the sea, between Sampieri and Pozzallo, at the southern tip of Sicily. The golden sandy beach of the resort, forms a large bay and is surrounded by numerous dunes. Marina di Modica offers the ideal recreational vacation and bathing fun for all ages, as well as an ideal starting point to explore in a short time, numerous nearby attractions and nature reserves.
